Clean Shift completes a directed share issue of SEK 16.4 million

Clean Shift Sweden AB (publ) has, in parallel with the ongoing rights issue, completed a directed share issue totaling SEK 16.4 million before deduction of issue-related costs. The issue was carried out with a number of selected investors.

The capital is intended to be used for continued work on the construction of the Company’s first biogas plant in Elassona, Greece, as well as for further development of the Company’s project portfolio of approximately 9.5 MW.

The directed share issue also means that the Company’s shareholder base has been broadened with investors who share Clean Shift’s long-term focus on the establishment and operation of biogas plants in the Greek market.

The issue forms part of the financing of the Company’s continued development and planned investments.
