Clean Shift Sweden AB (publ) (“the Company” or “Clean Shift” will carry out a rights issue of approximately SEK 20 million before issue costs during January 2026. The issue is directed at existing shareholders and aims to finance the Company’s continued development within biogas production in Greece.
The proceeds from the issue are intended to enable the establishment of Clean Shift’s first biogas plant in Elassona, continued development of the existing project portfolio, and preparations for a future listing when market conditions are deemed most favorable.
Clean Shift is a Swedish energy company focused on the development and operation of biogas plants in Greece. The Company’s identified project portfolio comprises several facilities in different stages of development, with a total planned capacity of approximately 9.5 MW. Electricity production is intended to be covered by government operating support agreements with a 20-year term through the Greek Feed-in Premium system, creating long-term, predictable revenues.
The subscription period in the rights issue runs from 9 January 2026 to 23 January 2026.
