Clean Shift Sweden AB continues to take important steps forward in the development of its international operations. At the end of August, the company’s board of directors and CEO traveled to Greece and achieved several key milestones for the project.
During the visit, the acquired land designated for the company’s future biogas plant was inspected. Meetings were also held with local farmers and NGOs who will contribute raw materials for production. To further strengthen knowledge in biogas plant production and construction, a study visit was conducted at a newly established facility in the region.
An important achievement is that Clean Shift Sweden AB has now selected the supplier for its upcoming biogas plant. The choice fell on the Austrian company BIOGEST, which has also been commissioned to begin the geotechnical investigation. This investigation will form the basis for the practical construction of the facility.
New investors have strengthened the company’s financial position, enabling planning and preparations for construction as well as coverage of project costs.
At the same time, in-depth discussions are being held with a Greek bank regarding financing of the plant in Larissa.
Clean Shift Sweden AB has also initiated preparations for a stock market listing (IPO). An initial kickoff meeting has been held together with Eminova Partners and Advokatfirman Lindahl, and an agreement between the parties has now been signed.
